This short but very interestingly designed safari gives clients a first-hand experience of the Great Rift Valley and the vast game rich plains of the Masai Mara. The lakes within the Great Rift Valley are renowned for their abundance of flamingos and other bird species, while Masai Mara is home to the country’s greatest concentration of wildlife. This scheduled small group trip is guaranteed for a minimum of 2 clients.

Price Includes:- Price Excludes:- Meet and greet services, airport transfer in minibus or mini coach on shared basis, all transport and game drives on safari will be in a safari vehicle with pop up roof for game viewing, maximum 7 passengers with an English / bilingual speaking driver guide on shared basis, guaranteed window seat, meals and accommodation as specified. All park fees and government taxes, half a litre bottled water per person per day on game drives. Visas, airport taxes, gratuities, drinks and other optional activities not included in package price and seasonal supplements.

Day 1

Meet on arrival and transferred to your hotel where you will spend the night on a bed and breakfast basis (Check in time 14:00). Depending on time of arrival clients may choose to add an optional excursion as afternoon at leisure. The Stanley Hotel.

Day 2

Depart after breakfast, approx. 07:30, and you travel across the Rift valley through to Masai Mara where down the valley escarpment on the road built by Italian prisoners of war during World War II, you will not miss to see the Longonot satellite telecommunication dish outstanding along the road. Pass Narok town and arrive in Mara Sarova Camp in time for lunch. Following lunch set off on your first game drive, returning to the lodge as the sun sets. Dinner and overnight at same Mara Sarova Camp. Drive time approx.: 5 hours.

Day 3

Enjoy both morning and afternoon game drives in the Mara with an option of visiting the Masai village to sample their culture at a fee, returning to the lodge as the sunsets for your dinner and overnight at Mara Sarova Camp. Chances of spotting the big cats are high on this day.

Day 4

Leaving the Masai Mara after breakfast, travel heading north to Narok, the district headquarters of this part of Maasailand. Now travel across the vast plains on the floor of the Rift Valley, keeping an eye out for herds of giraffe and gazelle as you head up the Mai -Mahiu, before arriving at Lake Nakuru around midday,with game drive en route to the lodge. Following lunch and a siesta, there is an afternoon tea or coffee before your game drive returning to the lodge as the sun sets.  Sarova Lion Hill Camp.

Day 5

Following an early breakfast, continue to Lake Naivasha for a boat ride. Leaving the Rift Valley behind, proceed to Nairobi, arriving late morning. Once in the city, clients will be dropped off at the drop off point in the city centre for ongoing travel
